Please note that park entry fees are payable to the park authorities upon entry to the Masai Mara Game Reserve.

The Mara Triangle park fee ticket(s) is valid for 12 hours from 6am to 6pm and has to be renewed by 6am the following day. If you are staying for more days, you are required to RENEW your ticket on or before the expiry of your time as indicated on your ticket. If departing on the last day of your stay, an allowance of upto 10am is given to either check out at the park gate if travelling by road or be at the airstrip at 10am to have your ticket checked out, if travelling by air as you wait for your flight.

Transit ticket is valid for 2 hours only. Any person violating the above time frame is deem to pay a fine of Ksh.10,000. Park entry fees (mandatory) are not included in the accommodation rate. This is charged as an extra cost upon entry at Mara Conservancy. Daily park entry timings: 6am - 6pm.

«Absolutely great staff, facilities, food, entertainment and drinks. We were on a self drive and they had no issues with that. They helped us with info on were to look for animals. The gas attendants helped us out with a flat tyre repair as well. We had a great stay and we were sad to leave.»

«Simply the staff. They are much more than employees, except for the resident manager or GM, whatever the poison not sure, who has his office behind the main reception, all were excellent. He was the only person made us uncomfortable, by not attending to my issue, even after I personally went and told him. Not been coutiose enough even to check whether it was addressed proper, at a latter stage. Simply in my view he does not fit to manage a set of excellent employees of that caliber.»

«Everything is fine except the variety of foods. If they employ a competent chef the guests would be very satisfied. For an example almost every meal we saw several similar items made of potatoes. When there was a mixed fruit salad same fruits were there as slices and thus we think it is the incompetence of the chef.»
